Upload your details and your before & afters. Submit your request within the 30 days following the 60-day period; requests before or after that window can't be accepted.

WE SEND A FULL REFUND
We review your claim within 2-3 weeks. Once approved, the money is back on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Skin renews itself in cycles, and the actives we use build their effect over weeks, not hours. Many people notice softer, calmer, more radiant skin in the first few weeks, but real, visible change in firmness and tone takes a full skin cycle or two. Sixty days gives the plants time to do their work, and gives you a fair window to judge the results.

Why plant-based balms?
Plants have looked after skin for far longer than the lab has. We build our balms around cold-pressed plant oils and botanical actives chosen for what they actually do for skin, not for what's cheapest to mass-produce.
How do you make the products?
Small batches, gently. We keep our oils cold-pressed and unheated so the nutrients stay intact, and we leave out the water, fillers and synthetics that bulk out most skincare. Everything in the jar is there for a reason.
What's special about your formulas?
Most creams are 50-70% water. Ours are water-free, concentrated balms, so every gram is working ingredients. Fewer, better components, each with a job to do for your skin.
Are natural ingredients as effective as synthetic ones?
Used well, they can be both effective and gentler. Many of our actives, like bakuchiol (a natural alternative to retinol), are backed by published research. We choose plant ingredients with real evidence behind them, without the harsher trade-offs.
What skin types do they work on?
Our balms are made for normal, dry, combination and sensitive skin, and for all skin tones. If your skin is reactive, patch test first and introduce one product at a time.
When will I see results?
It varies from person to person. Many people notice their skin feels softer and calmer within the first week or two. Visible changes in firmness, tone and radiance usually build over a full skin cycle, which is why our guarantee runs to 60 days.
Can I use these alongside other brands?

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days in both the US and EU. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email. Delivery dates are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
Do I pay customs or extra fees?
Any applicable taxes and shipping are itemised in your cart and order confirmation before you pay.
How do returns work?
Email help@arcticorganics.co within 14 days of delivery. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned for a refund. Opened products aren't returnable, but if something's wrong we'll make it right with a refund or replacement at our discretion.
