08. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria (Sofia City Court — Софийски градски съд), subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules under Bulgarian or EU law that grant consumers the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
09. SMS Marketing
> Note: This section is drafted to align with GDPR and the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act, which require prior, explicit, opt-in consent for marketing messages. The US-style "STOP to opt out" framing is supplementary, not a substitute for valid consent.
By providing your mobile phone number and giving explicit consent at checkout or through our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications from Arctic Organics, including order updates, abandoned checkout reminders, marketing offers, transactional messages, and review requests. - use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights as a consumer under Bulgarian or EU law.
